WHAT IS ODOR ACE AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

• OdorAce™ is a proprietary blend of organic acids and plant extracts.
• OdorAce has two modes of action on carbon based odors:
  
• The first mode of action occurs when the odor is already in the air.  Ingredients in OdorAce act as “hydrogen acceptors” and literally take the odor apart in the air.
  
• A fine mist is all it takes to remove these objectionable odors.
  
• The second mode of action involves the enzymes used by microbes to degrade carbon structures.
  
• The law of conservation of energy usually dictates that the microbes involved will use a particular enzyme to “scissor” parts of the carbon material so they can be consumed by the microbe. 
• Some of the ingredients of OdorAce inhibit the use of this enzyme and require the microbe to use other enzymes to perform that function.
  
• The result is that ammonia, skatoles, mercaptains, and other objectionable odors are eliminated at their source.
  
• Once treated with OdorAce, the carbon material cannot release these odors unless an untreated portion of the material is exposed.
  
• OdorAce is non-toxic and it’s ingredients are generally recognized as safe (GRAS).
• OdorAce has been reviewed by the Southern California Regional Water Quality Board and found acceptable for general use.
